Watermelon Group keeps CSR at its core- An ongoing & self-regulating business model. At all times, we make sincere efforts to impart services that can impact humanity at large.

Volunteering in the community

At tough times like Covid-19 pandemaic, we have facilitated over 2500+ masks across multiple locations of our reach. We have also helped the affected ones with groceries; and food and we strive to do more.

Impart Training & Skill Development

We conduct trainings & certifications in remote locations of the country to impart skill and knowledge needed for employment. We have placed 1000+ individuals through such Skill Development centres.

Providing First Employment

We try to do everything at our end to help the ones who has limited or no access to employment- due to lack of skills or connectivity. We have provided around 13500 "first employement" so far and we aim to do more. We are also helping differently-abled people make their mark in their fields of excellence by recruiting them in the best of companies.

Compensation for the employees

Our on-ground and last mile employees undergo a trememdous risk that might lead to death or disabilities. We make sure to ensure life and accidental covers (by govt.& private bodies) as well as provide compensation by our organization.
